The Proposal.

The Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment plans to create a new state of the art late bar in the basement of the hotel. The aim is to create a beautiful, high-end late bar experience, open to hotel guests, reservation-only guestlist and with discretion on the door.

The basement level is currently made up of conference rooms and back of house facilities which, since Covid, have been under-utilised. By responding to consumer needs and emerging demands for flexible lifestyles and living, enhancement of the area's commercial leisure facilities will create additional business activity and expenditure. This will result in job security for existing staff and new employment positions.

An exceptional extension of the existing hotel experience, the space will allow guests to enjoy the same service and hospitality already offered throughout the hotel’s bars and restaurants. The bar will be an innovative space where visitor/guests can unwind with a drink while immersing themselves in a dynamic showcase of digital art. This creative space will feature rotating themes, with visual concepts ranging from highly defined to abstract, offering a continually evolving experience that celebrates the diversity and creativity of digital art forms, specifically AI.

This special venue will be able to transport the guest to another place without ever leaving London. It will also be able to offer a relaxing home-from-home experience.

Guests will enjoy waiter service at all times, at low seated tables, high bar tables and VIP booths, encouraging seated drinking and offering bottle-to-table service. The bar will have a wide range of drinks on offer, as well as bespoke cocktails. We are also applying for a live and recorded music license, making the venue an excellent choice for private events, parties, receptions and launches, bringing economic opportunity to the area.
